VC Women’s Transition

Hi VC Women!

My name is Heather Cook and I am the Women’s Ministry Coordinator for Vineyard North Phoenix. I am very excited for this new opportunity to serve the women of VCNP.

For those of you who have not heard, God has called Pastor Jenny away from Women’s Ministry for this next season of her life. We will miss her considerably but we are all so grateful to have had her for the time that we did. She has been such an impactful person in my life and to so many of you, as well. Her heart for people is a gift I will significantly miss. I, personally, cannot wait to see what God has for her in the future and pray that she enjoys this special time she has with her growing family at home. I hope you all take the time to tell her how much she has meant to you and the impact she has had on each one of your lives.

A little about me… I have been married to my husband, Tyler, for almost 9 years but we have been together for 15. We have 2 little girls with a 3rd on the way. Tyler and I have been attending VC for over 10 years. Together we have served in most areas of the church (ministry team, men’s/women’s ministry, small group leaders, kids’ ministry, multiple outreaches, etc.). We love this church and the people in it.

I’m excited to partner with the Lord and our church in this next season as we minister to each of you ladies. I’m expectant to see the Lord move in this ministry as He continues to build and strengthen each one of us into women of extraordinary faith.

  1. Heather I’m excited too! Please let me know how I can help in anyway. I’ll be praying for you and women ministry.

  2. I’m so incredibly excited for what the Lord has in store for you & in awe of your opportunity. It definately suits you! Knowing that I can lean on you gives me hope for continued growth for myself. These last 2 years, with the passing of both my parents, has been the hardest season of my life. Thank you so much for being there & consistently speaking the word of God as I’ve tried to process so many emotions! You’re a wonderful friend & confidant & I love you girly! May God bless you & protect you in your new journey ahead!
