Time for Reflection

2021 is drawing to a close.  It is a good time for reflection.

Following are a few questions I recently read online:

  1. What is the greatest lesson I learned this year?
  2. What were the 2 or 3 themes that kept recurring?
  3. What disappointments or regrets did I experience this past year? Where did I let myself or others down?
  4. What was missing from last year?
  5. What can I choose to do differently next year?

I haven’t answered them all yet, but I will in the weeks ahead. It’s not a time to throw a pity-party.

It’s a moment of honesty… a learning moment where I want to:

  • Acknowledge where I “am.”
  • Recognize the gap between where I am and where I want to be,

Possibly you will want to ask yourself some of the same questions.

Blessings,

Thora
