I’ve got something to talk about.
I want to talk about taking a minute to slow down and praise God for who He is. You can sing it. You can say it. You can sigh it. You can sign it(if you know sign language that is). You can write it. You can email it. Do it however you want. Just do it.
The first part of Psalm 96 says,
Sing to the Lord! Let the whole earth sing to the Lord!
Sing to the Lord: bless His name. Each day proclaim the good news that He saves.
Publish His glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things He does.
Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise!
Today, who can you tell about something God has done for you? It could have been in the past, the present, or even something you’re looking forward to in the future.
Let’s choose to praise Him today.
Here is something I want to talk about. In 2012, 393 people made first time commitments to Christ at VCNP. That is definitely something to sing about and write about and talk about, and give God praise for! What an amazing God we have.

Thank you Lord, that is amazing. We definitely serve an awesome God. One of those people was my brother that I prayed for for 30 plus years.
My daughter was married this year. My new son-in-law was baptized one month ago, the same weekend he buried his mother. They are having a baby next year! Praise God! In the midst of much family death and sickness, we have hope, love, and something to talk about! Thank you, Thora, for reminding me to spread the hope. I will sing of his love forever!
