The easiest appetizer you can make this Christmas…

Ok, it is a hectic time.  What looks red (or green) and white and is easy and tasty?

A log of cream cheese topped with jalapeño or red pepper jelly.  It is spicy and sweet and takes about two minutes to make.   Serve it with crackers.

Here’s to hoping you have a sweet yet spicy Christmas this year!
